St Helena in the South Atlantic Ocean can only be reached by sea: its charm and unspoilt character remain preserved from mass tourism. Warm and friendly people, potatoes sold by the gallon (as in olde Englande), Napoleon’s tomb, Jacob’s Ladder and Ann’s Place, a welcoming haven for visiting yachts.

Naked Valour is up on the DEFENCE OF RORKE”S DRIFT page under WATERCOLOURS. There’s a photo sequence of the work and a couple of my working sketches. Hasta luego, amigos.
